Multi-sized Rigs Update [Aug 24, 2009]
In the latest update of EVE online, the rigs are divided into three different sizes - Large, Medium and Small. Now we have changed all the rigs to large-sized ones, and we will be adding more medium and small sized rigs when they become available in game.
Also all the rigs in our ship fitting packs are modified to the right sizes of their ships (Battleship class - Large, Cruiser class - Medium, Frigate class - Small), this also lowered some of the packs price since the smaller sized rigs are much cheaper in game.
Delivery Method for ISK update. [Aug 17, 2009]
For a secure transaction, all ISK will require a Private Item Exchange Contract to be made before delivery, please see the following instruction:
1. Our delivery representative will contact you when we see you online.
2. We will present you a character name that you will need to create the private contract.
3. Please create a private contract to the character provided (Create Contract -> Item Exchange -> Private -> Enter the character name)
4. Enter the amount of ISK you purchased at "I WILL RECEIVE".
5. We will accept your contract when the ISK available.

The Supply problem has been solved. [Aug 07, 2009]
We are glad to announce that the supply problem that we have been suffering during the last few days has been solved and therefore most of the orders that we receive now will be fulfilled in a timely manner (1-24 Hours). The only exception would be the large orders which will need more time for us to collect.
As you may notice that our price has increased lately, however this simply because of the Supply and Demand of the current market, but since we are building our supplier team, the price will be lowered in the future. We will keep you informed.
Also please be noticed that we may still not be able to deliver items and ships with large volumes to your preferred location at the moment. However we will try our best to leave the goods at the nearest system or the major trade hub. We do apologize for this inconvenience and we will include some free items within your order.
