Delivery will be done via 'Contracts' system. We will deliver your items to your chosen destination in SAFE (0.5 and above) Empire Space. Please note the following information:

1.       We can only deliver in safe empire space. Safe empire space is the collection of systems which has a security rating of 0.5 and above. You can find the security rating of the system you are in by undocking and checking the information on the top left-hand corner of your screen.

2.       Please leave your preferred delivery location in "Communicate" at the bottom of your order confirmation page, if you do not provide a location along with your order, we will list contract at ‘Jita’ solar system. If you provide a location that is 0.4 or below, or a location that requires us to go through low security, we will deliver your items in the nearest safe system.

3.       Contract will be set for 14 days, and please make sure the character name you provide is 100% correct.

4.       We will deliver most of the orders received within 1-12 hours. Please note that delivery may take more than 12 hours due to the large volume of the order or the distance (Jumps) of your chosen location.

5.     Special instruction for the delivery of ISK: For a secure transaction, all ISK will require a "Private Item Exchange Contract" to be made before delivery, please see the following instruction.

         * Our delivery representative will contact you when we see you online.

         * We will present a character name whom you will create the private contract to.

         * Please create a private contract to the character provided (Create contracts -> Item Exchange -> Private Contract -> Enter the character name)

         * Enter the amount of ISK you purchased at "I WILL RECEIVE".

         * We will accept your contract when the ISK available.
